At Worldent Events, every journey is thoughtfully curated to deliver a seamless and memorable travel experience. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prices shared are indicative and may vary before final booking.

Payments

• A specified advance is required to initiate bookings.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the यात्रा.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

Amendments

• Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply for modifications.

No Show

• Failure to report for booked services will be treated as a no-show with no refund.

Travel Documents

• Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and required documents.
• Passport must have minimum 6 months validity for international travel.

Third-Party Services

• Worldent Events acts as a travel planner and coordinator.
• Airlines, hotels, and transport providers operate under their own terms.

Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to Gujarat, India jurisdiction.
